Open Access and Author Rights

Open Access

The International Journal of Multi Studies (IJMS) provides open access to all published articles. Readers can access the full text of published research without a subscription or other access charges.

Articles published by IJMS are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This allows others to share and adapt the published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and publication.

Under CC BY 4.0, no separate permission from the author or IJMS is required to reuse an article — appropriate attribution is sufficient.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright in their original work, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms.

Authors are free to use their published articles for academic and educational purposes. This includes using an article in a thesis or dissertation, sharing it with colleagues, presenting the research at conferences or seminars, and using it for teaching or further academic work.

When reusing or sharing the published work, authors should acknowledge its original publication in the International Journal of Multi Studies (IJMS) and include the DOI or official article link whenever available.

Once an article is published under the CC BY 4.0 License, the license cannot be revoked or withdrawn, even if the author's circumstances or preferences later change.

Self-Archiving and Academic Sharing

Authors may share their published articles through institutional repositories, academic profiles, research-sharing platforms, personal academic websites, and other appropriate scholarly channels, in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 License and any applicable third-party rights.

When sharing an article, authors are requested to keep the original publication details, including the article title, authors, journal name, year of publication, and DOI where available. A link to the official IJMS article may also be provided.

For example, an author may upload the published article to an institutional repository or academic profile while keeping the original citation and publication information unchanged.

Reuse and Attribution

The CC BY 4.0 License permits others to share and adapt the published work, including for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given.

A proper attribution should normally include the author(s), article title, International Journal of Multi Studies (IJMS), year of publication, and DOI where available, along with a reference to the CC BY 4.0 License.

Reuse, adaptation, or distribution of an article by a third party does not imply that IJMS or the author endorses the resulting work, product, or publication.

If an article contains material belonging to a third party and that material is not covered by the CC BY 4.0 License, the relevant permissions and rights must also be respected.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their use, sharing, and reuse of published material comply with the applicable license and any third-party rights.

Self-archiving or sharing an article does not transfer copyright ownership to another person, platform, or organization.

Where an article is later corrected or retracted, its reuse and sharing should reflect the applicable Corrections or Retraction Policy.
